Key Account Manager – Aleppo (Syria)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead our sales activities in Aleppo, Syria. You will be responsible for driving commercial objectives, building strong relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients, and promoting Air Arabia’s products and services across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory, regularly reviewing performance data and implementing corrective actions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through travel agencies, corporate accounts, and online portals.
• Conduct field visits, meet key contacts, and present airline products to influence purchasing decisions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with travel agencies, GSAs, government bodies, tourism companies, and individual agents.
• Monitor competitor activity, market conditions, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Prepare timely sales performance reports and collaborate on route and fare evaluations.
• Provide training and guidance to sales agents on new products and sales techniques.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, road‑shows, trade presentations, and FAM trips with the marketing team.
• Work with the e‑business team to boost online sales and ancillary revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the travel, airline or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
