Land Surveyor – EPC and Concessions

About the role

The Surveyor – EPC and Concessions leads operational, technical and functional activities for land surveying within EPC and concession projects. The role ensures alignment with organisational standards, business objectives and regulatory requirements while driving performance and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day surveying activities to meet operational targets, quality and productivity standards.
• Plan and coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, contractors and other resources to achieve timely project delivery.
• Engage with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and clients to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, regulatory standards, HSE requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, service standards and quality benchmarks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports, technical records, progress updates, cost analyses and management presentations.
• Optimize utilisation of manpower, equipment, budgets and materials to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Identify operational risks, technical challenges and performance issues, and apply mitigation and escalation procedures.
• Support quality assurance and quality control processes to meet client and company expectations.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, digital projects and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in surveying operations within EPC and concession environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, HSE and industry standards applicable to surveying projects.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Experience in performance monitoring, reporting and risk management.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
