Logistics Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Officer to oversee daily logistics operations for vehicle transportation, spare parts movement, and related shipments. The role involves coordinating both local and international logistics, handling customs documentation, and ensuring smooth warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics for vehicles, automotive spare parts, accessories and other materials.
• Manage local and international shipments, track schedules, and monitor delivery status.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents such as delivery notes, invoices, packing lists and shipping records.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport companies and internal departments.
• Handle import and export customs clearance and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Monitor shipment, transportation and customs costs, and support cost‑control measures.
• Work with warehouse teams on receiving, inspection, storage and dispatch of materials.
• Produce regular logistics reports covering shipments, costs and operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
• Preferably experience in the automotive, vehicle trading or spare‑parts industry.
• Practical knowledge of import and export logistics.
