Presales Consultant – Security Solutions

About the role

Mannai TechHub, a division of Mannai Corporation, is expanding its cybersecurity team in Damascus, Syria. We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant – Security Solutions to work closely with sales, technology partners, and customers to design, demonstrate, and position advanced security solutions for enterprise, government, and banking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design robust High‑Level Designs (HLD) and Low‑Level Designs (LLD) across the cybersecurity portfolio.
• Lead technical customer meetings, workshops, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Prepare and manage technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and major government and banking tenders.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Account Managers to understand customer needs and articulate technical value.
• Produce technical proposals, compliance matrices, solution documents, and bill of quantities.
• Support solution sizing, architecture design, and technical validation before submission.
• Work with Product Managers and technology partners to adapt solutions to market and customer requirements.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of cybersecurity presales experience.
• Hands‑on experience with firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, PAM, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Proven track record handling cybersecurity tenders for government, banking, or large enterprises.
• Excellent customer‑facing, presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as NSE, PCNSE, CCNP Security, CISSP, or similar are a plus.
