RMNCH In-service Training Coordinator

About the role

The RMNCH In-service Training Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, administration and monitoring of in‑service training activities for Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH) within the Syrian Ministry of Health project.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise training activities, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain training‑related information, documentation and provide administrative support for capacity‑building initiatives.
• Monitor training implementation, collect data and produce simple narrative summaries and descriptive statistics.

Required profile

• Medical or Pharmacy degree from a Syrian university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination or administrative roles with strong planning and management skills.
• Excellent Arabic (written and spoken) and good English communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Kobo Toolbox for data collection.
• Ability to organise and aggregate data sets and generate basic statistical summaries.
