Sales Manager – Heavy Construction Machinery

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead commercial growth and market expansion for heavy construction machinery in Syria. Backed by SANY’s extensive MENA network, the role is responsible for driving equipment sales, securing major key accounts and conducting active site visits to build long‑term relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, negotiate high‑value contracts and consistently achieve equipment sales targets.
• Travel regularly across Damascus and key regional project sites to build relationships with contractors, fleet managers and infrastructure developers.
• Monitor local infrastructure developments, track competitor activity and expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with technical service and spare‑parts teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery and post‑sales client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer job sites and project locations.
• Strong understanding of heavy‑machinery specifications and the Syrian construction market.
