Sales Specialist – Restaurant SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to expand the presence of our AI‑powered restaurant SaaS platform across Syria. The ideal candidate already works with restaurants, suppliers, consultants or tech vendors and can leverage those relationships to generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with restaurant owners, managers and decision‑makers.
• Present the platform’s value proposition, including QR menus, digital ordering and AI insights.
• Support restaurants through onboarding with full backend assistance from our team.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share client feedback and ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience or a strong network within the restaurant/F&B industry in Syria.
• Previous experience in sales, partnerships or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.
• Based in Syria.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, SaaS or restaurant technology is a plus.
