Sales Support Clerk

About the role

The Sales Support Clerk assists the Sales department by maintaining accurate sales records, processing invoices, monitoring inventory, and preparing reports across multiple brands. The role ensures data integrity in the company’s approved systems and facilitates coordination between Sales and other departments such as Planning, Production, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales invoices and transfer records using Microsoft Excel and Al‑Ameen software.
• Monitor inventory levels and support production request preparation in coordination with Planning.
• Maintain and regularly update customer lists and information for all company brands.
• Collect customer feedback on product quality and relay it to relevant departments.
• Prepare, export, and distribute sales reports and data requested by Sales Management.
• Organise sales documentation, records, invoices, and customer files.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Finance to support the sales process and ensure timely information updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration or a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution or multi‑brand environments is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, fast learning ability, and good communication skills.
• Fluent Arabic and good working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data entry, management and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Al‑Ameen software.
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP (added advantage).
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook.
