Senior Financial Compliance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Compliance Analyst to strengthen our financial governance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with finance, internal audit, legal and other stakeholders to protect the organization from compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
• Review financial transactions and processes to identify gaps and potential risks.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal financial controls and recommend improvements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Conduct compliance reviews and prepare clear reports for management.
• Investigate financial irregularities and support corrective action plans.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Collaborate with Finance, Internal Audit, Legal and other stakeholders.
• Promote awareness of financial compliance requirements across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in financial compliance, internal controls, audit or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance frameworks and governance standards.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIA or CFE are a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
