About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment function, aligning talent strategies with the organization’s growth objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, this role drives a high‑performing acquisition team while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans that support short‑term and long‑term workforce needs.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment for senior‑level positions, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Promote the organization’s employer brand and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Use recruitment metrics and analytics to inform decisions, optimize processes, and report insights to senior management.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and professional networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the GCC region is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing recruitment teams and drive strategic hiring outcomes.

Required skills

• SAP (functional ERP knowledge).
