About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer leads the recruitment function, shaping strategies to attract and retain top talent that aligns with the company’s growth objectives. This senior position works closely with hiring managers and department heads to translate staffing needs into effective hiring plans.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments to define recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Conduct sourcing activities, manage candidate pipelines, and design end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and lead in‑person interview panels.
• Serve as brand ambassador at career fairs, on‑campus events, and networking sessions.
• Advise candidates on compensation, benefits, and company culture.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with past and potential candidates.
• Oversee candidate pool engagement for current and future opportunities.
• Prepare and submit all hiring paperwork for new hires.
• Support HSE initiatives and contribute to safety reporting in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment methodologies, and sourcing techniques.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities to coach and guide a team of recruiters.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and social media recruiting platforms.
• Experience in employer branding, candidate‑experience optimization, and diversity recruiting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
