Site Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer to join our team on major power and energy projects across several locations in Syria. The role involves supervising daily construction activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and site resources.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Prepare site reports and support project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2‑4 years of site experience in construction, industrial, energy, or EPC projects.
• Strong technical and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Previous experience in power, energy, or industrial projects is an advantage.
