Social Media Moderator – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Moderator to join our Marketing team in a fast‑paced FinTech environment. You will help shape the company’s digital presence, engage the online community, and ensure all interactions reflect our brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily engagement on all company social media accounts.
• Respond to comments, messages, mentions, and tags in a timely, brand‑consistent manner.
• Schedule, publish, and track content performance using unified management tools.
• Adapt publishing strategies to each platform’s audience and format.
• Support community growth and foster active digital discussions.
• Publish company articles on Medium and maintain relevant Wikipedia entries.
• Utilise AI tools to enhance content creation, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.
• Identify negative sentiment or crisis signals and escalate to appropriate teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering engagement, follower growth, and trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Public Relations teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing or moderating social media accounts.
• Strong written English skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, results‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools.
• Experience publishing on Medium and editing Wikipedia entries.
• Familiarity with X/Twitter content style and discussions.
• Use of AI‑driven content creation and automation tools.
• Knowledge of performance analytics and digital reporting tools.
