Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead workforce planning and recruitment activities to secure qualified talent that meets operational needs and budget constraints. This role partners closely with business units to forecast staffing requirements and drives end‑to‑end hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop workforce planning forecasts in coordination with business units.
• Manage the manpower requisition process and ensure compliance with approval procedures.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies across appropriate channels.
• Oversee screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation processes.
• Prepare and issue competitive, compliant offers.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and produce hiring reports.
• Support diversity and nationalization objectives.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives and ensure smooth handover to Employee Relations for onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years in recruitment or a related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to analyze recruitment data and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.
