Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer (Remote)

About the role

We’re looking for a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer to produce high‑impact video content for our clients’ campaigns and for the Scaling Verse brand. You’ll take projects from raw footage to finished deliverable, cutting for pace and clarity, designing and animating motion graphics, building kinetic typography and animated explainers, and color grading for a polished, consistent look.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for ads, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Design and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, transitions, and animated text.
• Create animated explainers and data or UI animations for B2B and tech clients.
• Color grade and sound‑polish footage to a consistent, professional standard.
• Adapt each piece into multiple formats and cutdowns for different platforms.
• Build and maintain motion templates, brand kits, and editing presets.
• Manage timelines, revisions, and file organization across multiple client projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics for digital marketing or client work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Solid grasp of animation principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience producing performance‑driven ad creatives and short‑form social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Color‑grading skills and an eye for consistent visual quality.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable with deadlines, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Clear communication and ability to take and apply feedback quickly.
