Account Manager

About the role

Brand Aid, a leading multi‑country marketing, advertising and production agency, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Account Manager to join its Syria team. The role serves as the trusted day‑to‑day partner for clients, ensuring projects across POSM, events, exhibitions, luxury, fit‑out and retail are delivered flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day communication.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of client projects across all business units.
• Coordinate with internal production, creative and operations teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and to required quality.
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Prepare client reports, project timelines and budget trackers.
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support preparation of proposals and presentations for existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention across the account portfolio.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client servicing or project management, preferably in advertising, marketing or events.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Syria.
