B2B Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2B Sales & Marketing Specialist based in Syria to help expand HakeemPharma's international market presence. This full‑time remote role focuses on promoting our brand portfolio, developing new business opportunities, and building long‑term relationships with distributors, wholesalers and strategic partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and develop relationships with potential international distributors, importers, wholesalers and B2B partners.
• Generate and qualify new business leads, present product portfolios, conduct online meetings and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and partnership agreements, and manage the full B2B sales cycle to achieve sales targets.
• Research international markets, industry trends and competitors to support B2B marketing strategies and identify export opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, manage pipelines using CRM systems and provide product training and support.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Syria and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, international business development or distributor management, preferably in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Chemistry, Food Engineering or related field preferred.
