Branch Sales Manager

About the role

MATRIX Business Technology is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead and expand its operations in the Syrian market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high‑performing sales team, and strengthening relationships with both government and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s business operations across Syria.
• Recruit, develop, and supervise a sales team to meet strategic objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with government entities and private sector customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage tender processes, and drive revenue growth.
• Implement commercial strategies while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Enhance MATRIX’s market presence and support the expansion of its digital solutions portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Current residence in Syria with deep knowledge of the local market dynamics.
• Minimum 10 years of sales or business development experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and client‑management abilities.
• Experience in IT, telecommunications, digital solutions or technology sectors is highly preferred.
