Business Development Manager – Digital Transformation & QA

About the role

TestCrew is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth of its Digital Transformation, Software Quality Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and AI solutions across the Syrian market. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities in both public and private sectors and positioning TestCrew as the preferred technology partner.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities across TestCrew’s portfolio of services.
• Design and execute business development strategies for Syrian government entities, banks, telecom operators, insurers, healthcare providers, education institutions, and enterprise customers.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Digital Transformation Leaders, PMOs, QA Managers, and other senior executives.
• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals that match customer requirements.
• Drive joint opportunities with strategic technology partners such as Atlassian, Tricentis, Datadog, and BrowserStack.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using the CRM system.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in Syria’s digital landscape.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within technology or digital services.
• Strong understanding of the Syrian market and its public‑private sectors.
• Ability to engage senior IT and business leaders and influence decision‑making.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
