Cloud DevOps Engineer

About the role

CloudSoftway is looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join its Technology Delivery team. You will work on real production projects for international customers, building modern platforms, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and operate reliable Linux and cloud platforms covering networking, identity, compute, storage, databases, backup and observability.
• Deliver assessments, migrations, modernisation and production‑readiness work; automate infrastructure with Terraform, OpenTofu and Ansible.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar tools.
• Deploy and manage Docker and Kubernetes workloads, including Helm charts, ingress, secrets, scaling and upgrades.
• Apply GitOps practices with Argo CD, Flux or comparable tools, using Git as the source of truth.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting; create runbooks and automate recurring incident resolution.
• Lead technical sessions with customers, communicate trade‑offs, report progress and produce clear documentation.

Required profile

• Practical written and spoken English for technical discussions and documentation.
• Hands‑on experience in DevOps, Linux/system administration, platform engineering or SRE.
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals (services, permissions, processes, storage, TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, firewalls, load balancing).
