Daily Worker – Beneficiary Registration & Distribution

About the role

The Daily Worker will support IYD's Early Recovery and Livelihoods Programme in Syria by carrying out beneficiary registration, field verification, agricultural input distribution and supervising infrastructure rehabilitation activities on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct beneficiary registration using paper forms or electronic tools such as Kobo.
• Visit beneficiary sites (homes or agricultural lands) to verify the information provided.
• Implement and monitor agricultural input distribution processes.
• Supervise daily infrastructure rehabilitation work performed by contractors at designated sites.
• Ensure contractors comply with safety and security requirements for workers and beneficiaries.
• Submit regular progress reports to the project manager.
• Perform any additional tasks related to the Early Recovery and Livelihoods Programme as required.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work in a humanitarian context and adhere to anti‑harassment, PSEA and child safeguarding policies.
• Ability to travel to field sites in Albab (Dir Hafir) and work onsite.
