Data Entry Operator – Lattakia, Syria

About the role

The Data Entry Operator will support the health centre in Lattakia by entering and maintaining accurate patient and visitor information. Working full‑time on‑site, the role ensures the database is organized, secure, and up‑to‑date, contributing to reliable health information management.

Key responsibilities

• Enter patients’ and visitors’ data into the health centre’s database.
• Prepare and organise the database to ensure data integrity and security.
• Continuously review, update, and verify data for accuracy.
• Create and maintain reports required by the facility.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and M&E Officer to ensure proper data collection and monitoring processes.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the direct supervision of the Program Manager and technical supervision of the M&E Officer.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
