ERP Project Manager – Odoo

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead the design, implementation and delivery of Odoo‑based ERP solutions. The role combines hands‑on technical work with mentorship of developers and remote team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of Odoo ERP solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with functional teams to create development roadmaps and ensure quality standards across projects.
• Plan project lifecycles, commit to deliverables, and participate in estimation and feasibility assessments.
• Document developments, including technical specs, deployment guides and user manuals.
• Work with mobile development teams on Odoo API integrations and cross‑platform features.
• Stay current with new Odoo features, community updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Odoo development projects.
• Strong knowledge of both waterfall and Agile management approaches.
• Proven ability to use project management tools and lead remote, diverse teams.
• High attention to detail, quality‑focused and solution‑oriented.
• Leadership mindset with the capacity to work independently while fostering collaboration.
