Field Merchandiser / Market Coverage Developer

About the role

LG Electronics Levant is seeking a proactive Field Merchandiser / Market Coverage Developer to drive retail execution and merchandising excellence across assigned stores in Lattakia. The role involves regular store visits, product training, and building strong relationships with retail partners to enhance LG's presence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure LG products are displayed according to merchandising standards, planograms, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, identify out‑of‑stock situations and report to sales teams.
• Support sell‑out activities by improving product exposure and customer experience.
• Conduct regular product training sessions for store staff and promoters.
• Execute in‑store marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Collect and report competitor information, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers, sales teams and dealers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales, merchandising, field sales or consumer electronics.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Own a car and be willing to travel frequently within the territory.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced field environment.
