Field Verification Officer

About the role

We are seeking motivated Field Verification Officers to support our verification operations. The role involves visiting customer or employee locations to confirm address and employment details, and assisting with education and document verification activities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer or employee sites for address verification.
• Verify employment information by visiting company offices when required.
• Support education and document verification processes.
• Conduct phone‑based verification checks.
• Update verification data in the system and capture photos or field evidence using mobile applications.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on time while maintaining confidentiality.
• Report any incorrect or unclear information to the operations team.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in field verification, banking, telecom, collections, field sales or similar roles.
• Graduate degree.
• Comfortable with local travel; own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in the local language; basic English preferred.
• Honest, responsible, detail‑oriented and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and report findings clearly.
