Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are a Swiss AI‑driven logistics startup looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and scale the web applications, APIs and platform services behind our logistics optimisation products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs using Python, Django and Django REST Framework.
• Create responsive, high‑performance frontend components with Vue 3, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and the Composition API.
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL database schemas, queries and data models.
• Implement caching, pub/sub messaging and task queues with Redis.
• Integrate third‑party services and external customer platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, product, operations and engineering teams to ship features for enterprise customers.
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance, security and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
