Full-time Instructor – Training & Technology

About the role

Hacksparrow LTD is seeking a full‑time Instructor to join its on‑site team in Latakia Governorate, Syria. You will be responsible for designing and delivering practical, up‑to‑date training sessions that help learners develop technology‑related skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and deliver engaging classroom training sessions for diverse learner levels.
• Create lesson plans, learning materials and adapt content to meet individual and group needs.
• Provide one‑on‑one and group support, assess learner progress and give constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine curricula and integrate online resources into face‑to‑face instruction.
• Ensure all training activities align with Hacksparrow’s standards and objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to plan, structure and deliver clear instructional sessions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Experience in teaching, training or facilitating workshops, preferably in technology or online services.
• Comfort with digital tools and online platforms to support in‑person instruction.
• Organizational skills for managing schedules, materials and classroom logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory teaching practices.
