Graphic Designer

About the role

Syncrow, an IoT technology company, is looking for a Graphic Designer to translate its brand positioning into a consistent visual language across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with the Marketing team to create premium visual communication for both B2C and B2B audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Syncrow's design language, creating coherent visual systems for campaigns, social media, presentations, website assets, emailers, brochures, events and sales collateral.
• Maintain visual consistency while allowing flexibility for different audiences and platforms, and build reusable design systems and templates.
• Conceptualize and execute visual communication across digital and physical touchpoints, preparing production‑ready artwork with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate campaign ideas into strong, platform‑appropriate creative concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity, visual systems, typography, layout and art direction.
• Experience with premium, luxury, technology or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of Figma (preferred).
• Video editing and motion‑design skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects (advantage).
