Group Marketing Manager

About the role

The Group Marketing Manager will lead the automotive marketing function, shaping strategies that drive vehicle sales, after‑sales services and brand growth across Syria. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee a team to deliver integrated campaigns, digital initiatives and customer‑relationship programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage brand positioning, promotional campaigns, product launches and corporate marketing activities.
• Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, online advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing and website management.
• Plan and execute advertising across digital, print, outdoor and media platforms.
• Coordinate exhibitions, roadshows, customer events and seasonal promotions.
• Support vehicle sales, after‑sales services, workshop promotions and spare‑parts marketing initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, customer engagement and ROI.
• Manage customer‑retention programmes, loyalty initiatives and CRM activities.
• Prepare marketing reports, budgets and performance analysis for management.
• Lead and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, campaign management and automotive brand promotion.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and leadership abilities.
