Health Field Officer (Re‑advertisement)

About the role

The Health Field Officer will support the implementation and monitoring of HiHFAD’s health programmes in the Homs‑Hama region, ensuring activities are evidence‑based, high‑quality and aligned with the organisation’s operational plan.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of health programme activities at field level.
• Support the development of budgets for health projects and monitor spending, providing variance reports.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify compliance with programme objectives and standards.
• Contribute to timely and quality submission of health programme performance reports.
• Document effective practices and promote evidence‑based learning within health programmes.
• Maintain relationships with local health partners and represent HiHFAD at local health forums, events and workshops.
• Provide guidance and support to junior health programme staff in the field.
