HR ERP System Lead Consultant

About the role

The Key Expert – HR ERP System Lead Consultant will provide technical leadership and strategic support for deploying a Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning (HR ERP) system within the Syrian Ministry of Health. The role contributes to strengthening institutional capacity, governance and evidence‑based decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of an HR ERP solution (e.g., Odoo, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Dynamics) for the Ministry of Health.
• Manage data migration, system integration, and conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
• Coordinate with government officials and multicultural teams to align the system with public‑sector requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience deploying HR ERP systems, including at least two deployments in developing‑country contexts.
• Proven experience in public‑sector or health‑sector ERP projects is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HR ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Data migration, system integration and user training expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams).
