HR ERP System Lead Consultant

About the role

The Key Expert – HR ERP System Lead Consultant will provide technical leadership and strategic support for deploying and institutionalising a Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning (HR ERP) system within the Syrian Ministry of Health. This role is part of an EU‑funded project aimed at strengthening institutional capacity and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of an HR ERP solution (e.g., Odoo, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Dynamics) for the Ministry of Health.
• Oversee data migration, system integration and user training activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with government officials and multicultural teams to align the system with public‑sector and health‑sector requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience deploying HR ERP systems.
• Proven experience in at least two similar ERP deployments in developing‑country contexts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage.
