ISO Management Systems Consultant

About the role

Al-Mawarid Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced ISO Management Systems Consultant to join its team in Homs. The role is contract‑based and hybrid, allowing occasional remote work while primarily supporting clients on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist organisations in obtaining ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 21001, ISO 7101).
• Develop, implement and maintain ISO‑compliant management systems tailored to client sectors.
• Identify process gaps, conduct risk assessments and propose corrective actions.
• Perform internal audits and support clients throughout the certification audit process.
• Deliver professional training sessions and specialised consulting services to client staff.

Required profile

• Lead Auditor Certificate (Exemplar Global or IRCA) for any relevant ISO standard.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager or ISO Systems Auditor.
• University degree related to the client’s business sector (industrial, service, educational, healthcare, or food).
