نبذة عن الوظيفة

يرغب الهلال الأحمر العربي السوري في توظيف معد تقارير في قسم توزيع المواد غير الغذائية ضمن مشروع الدعم الإنساني بالمركز الرئيسي في دمشق. التقديم عبر نموذج سيرته الذاتية (PDF أو Word) يرفق فيه عنوان الشاغر، ويبدأ من 21 يوليو 2026 وينتهي في 28 يوليو 2026.

المهام الرئيسية

إعداد جداول البرنامج باستخدام برامج Excel وWord
إعداد التقارير والجداول الموكلة إليها بالوقت المحدد وإرسالها للجهة المانحة
أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة حسب الطلب

الملف المطلوب

إجازة في المعلوماتية أو إدارة الأعمال
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال العمل
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية
القدرة على تحمل ضغوط العمل ومهارات التواصل

المهارات المطلوبة

إتقان برامج الكمبيوتر، خاصة Word وExcel
إتقان إعداد جداول البرنامج
