About the role

World Vision is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Manager to provide technical leadership and support the development and improvement of cross‑border programmes and service delivery in Syria, Turkey and Jordan. The role reports to the Director of Program Development and Quality and will lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Information Management and humanitarian components.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for MEAL activities across programmes in Syria, Turkey and Jordan.
Support the development and continuous improvement of cross‑border programmes and service delivery.
Lead Monitoring, Evaluation and Information Management functions within the humanitarian context.
