Medical Sales Promoter – Damascus

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal‑oriented Medical Sales Promoter to join our dynamic team in Damascus, Syria. In this role you will promote and sell innovative medical products to healthcare professionals and facilities across the region. You will act as the primary point of contact, building trust and delivering product value to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics in the assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase benefits and applications of medical products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Provide expert advice on product usage, benefits, and latest industry trends to customers.
• Attend and represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using CRM software.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in medical product sales.
• Female candidates only, with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
