About the role
The Independent Doctors Association is seeking a qualified Nurse to deliver safe and comprehensive care across pediatric, neonatal, and maternity units. You will work closely with physicians, midwives, and the healthcare team to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in line with approved standards and procedures.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and report changes to physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments following safety protocols.
- Perform nursing procedures specific to newborns, children, and women.
- Maintain infection‑prevention measures, including proper PPE use.
- Document all care activities accurately and conduct thorough handovers.
- Educate patients and families on health practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
Required profile
- Nursing degree or diploma with a valid practice license.
- 0‑2 years of experience, preferably in pediatric, neonatal/incubator, or maternity departments.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Willingness to work shift schedules as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
