Partnering Manager

About the role

The Partnering Manager works under the supervision of the Syria Response Programs Director and serves as the primary liaison for all partnership processes across World Vision. The role focuses on strengthening quality assurance, compliance, and strategic guidance for partnerships that support vulnerable children and families in Syria.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor requirements.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on partnership development and capacity‑building initiatives.
• Lead quality‑assurance activities, including risk assessments and performance monitoring of partner activities.
• Facilitate communication between program teams, partners, and external stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare and present partnership reports, dashboards, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership or program management within the humanitarian or development sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, multi‑cultural environment.
