Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale real estate development and construction projects from feasibility through handover. This role ensures projects meet contractual obligations, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design to procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and close‑out.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, construction strategies and delivery programmes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Monitor construction progress through site inspections and enforce quality, HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Manage commissioning, testing, snagging and project close‑out activities.
• Develop, manage and monitor project budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and cost control measures.
• Administer contracts, mitigate risks and maintain strong relationships with consultants, authorities and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing complex construction projects for real‑estate developers or construction firms.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate all project phases.
• Strong track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Excellent knowledge of contractual obligations, budgeting, scheduling and regulatory compliance.
