Quality of Service (QoS) Specialist

About the role

Azurreo is seeking two Quality of Service (QoS) Specialists to join its Operations team. Working remotely from Lebanon, Syria or Turkey, you will ensure the stability and performance of telecom sites, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site stability and performance to guarantee consistent service quality.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate incidents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners for timely issue resolution.
• Track QoS metrics, produce rigorous documentation, and follow up on KPI reporting.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and implement preventive action plans to enhance operational excellence.
• Communicate professionally on customer‑facing topics to sustain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in QoS, network supervision, or operations.
• Proven experience in technical customer‑facing roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English for global client interaction.
• Available to start immediately without other professional or academic commitments.
