Quantity Surveyor – Power & Solar Projects

About the role

We are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to support major Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) and solar energy projects across Syria. The role involves managing costs, contracts, and progress measurement for large‑scale power and infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take‑offs, cost estimates and progress measurements.
• Administer contracts, variation orders and subcontractor evaluations.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs and report on financial performance.
• Review drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accuracy.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of EPC and infrastructure works.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in power, energy, EPC, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Syrian nationality is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with quantity surveying software/tools.
