Sales Engineer – Syria Territory

About the role

MYSPAN Power Solutions, the master distributor of Kirloskar generators in the MENA region, is seeking a results‑driven Sales Engineer to lead its Syria territory. You will act as the face of the brand, building relationships with contractors, EPCs, and key industry stakeholders while driving growth across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with regional strategy.
• Identify new verticals, segments and untapped customer accounts.
• Generate leads through site visits, networking, industry events and outreach.
• Track upcoming projects, tenders and infrastructure developments.
• Secure vendor approvals and product specifications with consultants and end‑users.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance documents and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved frameworks.
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customised engineering solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 3–6 years of sales experience within Syria.
• Established network with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities and oil & gas companies.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Syrian driving licence.

Required skills

• Understanding of pumps and power systems.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment.
