Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead and develop the local sales team in Damascus Governorate, driving revenue growth and market expansion for NG Beauty World’s professional beauty products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with distributors, salons and retail partners.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, analyze market data and prepare forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure all activities align with brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance‑management skills.
• Competence in market analysis, sales forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly beneficial.
