Senior Brand Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the creation and refinement of brand identities for a diverse portfolio of clients. This full‑time, remote position offers the chance to shape visual systems from concept to delivery while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand concepts and visual systems that align with client objectives and market positioning.
• Design high‑quality graphic assets for digital and print channels.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
• Review, mentor, and guide junior designers to maintain consistency across touchpoints.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and workshop materials for clients.

Required profile

• Strong experience in brand identity and branding, with a portfolio of cohesive brand systems.
• Advanced graphic design skills and a proven track record of leading design projects.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and working in cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts to non‑design stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous agency experience and exposure to branding projects across various industries is a plus.
