Site Quality Control Inspector

About the role

The Site Quality Control Inspector will be based on‑site in Damascus Governorate, overseeing field inspection activities for telecom infrastructure projects. The role ensures that all field surveys are accurate, complete, and conform to client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing field survey plans, methodologies, and templates according to approved client specifications.
• Develop and communicate survey procedures to all stakeholders and ensure proper implementation.
• Conduct on‑site inspections and audits to verify survey accuracy, identify discrepancies, and provide feedback to inspectors and OSP contractors.
• Monitor field survey work to guarantee compliance with approved plans, procedures, and project requirements.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate survey data before submission to the Quality Survey & Audit team.
• Verify that deliverables are complete, accurate, and consistent; coordinate with survey teams to resolve data gaps.
• Prepare periodic reports on survey progress, quality, and team performance, highlighting training needs.
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring contractor compliance with schedules, inspections, audits, and other project mandates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field survey, inspection, or quality audit activities.
• Hands‑on experience with fiber optic (OSP) field surveys is mandatory.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
