Supply Chain Assistant – Latakia

About the role

The Supply Chain Assistant will support the daily execution of key supply chain functions for MedGlobal in Latakia, Syria. Working closely with the Country Supply Chain Manager, the role ensures smooth communication between the Supply Chain department and program teams, helping to deliver goods, services and medical supplies safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in procurement activities, including handling purchase requests, supporting the RFQ cycle and tracking procurement documentation.
• Support fleet movement and asset management operations as required.
• Enter and maintain daily supply chain data, ensuring accuracy and up‑to‑date records.
• Maintain organized archives of procurement and logistics documents.
• Provide administrative and operational support to facilitate timely and compliant delivery of supplies to all supported locations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills to act as a focal point between departments.
• Experience or interest in logistics, procurement or supply chain processes.
