Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

ExeQut is expanding its presence in Syria and seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to own the end‑to‑end recruitment function. This hands‑on role will drive sourcing, screening, and hiring for both technical and non‑technical positions while supporting onboarding and recruitment administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, direct outreach).
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and professional branding.
• Prepare and extend offer letters in line with approved compensation structures.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
• Leverage existing relationships and create new connections across the Syrian professional landscape to provide market intelligence.
• Coordinate pre‑joining processes, including document collection, background checks, and system setup.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the Syrian job market and established professional networks across key sectors.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and deliver quality hires.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
