Terminal Operation Duty Supervisor

About the role

The Terminal Operation Duty Supervisor ensures that frontline terminal activities run smoothly during assigned shifts. Working closely with the Duty Manager, the role monitors service flow, oversees third‑party providers, and guarantees compliance with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise frontline operational teams and ensure tasks are executed as planned.
• Monitor performance of third‑party service providers (cleaning, trolleys, etc.) and report any gaps.
• Track daily operational activities, service flow, and compliance with procedures and standards.
• Identify and report operational issues, risks, or deviations to the Duty Manager.
• Assist in managing incidents, disruptions, and escalations.
• Coordinate task allocation and workforce deployment for each shift.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities and incidents.
• Support effective shift handover through proper documentation and communication.
• Provide on‑the‑job guidance to operational staff as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in terminal operations, airport services, or a similar environment.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
