Warehouse Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment. The role ensures accurate inventory records, supports operational teams, and maintains a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
• Store materials safely and maintain an organized warehouse.
• Issue spare parts, tools, and consumables according to approved requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low‑stock items.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure material availability.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and warehouse procedures.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse activity reports as required.
• Assist in handling returns, damaged items, and obsolete stock.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and manage multiple tasks.
