Accounting Manager – MENA Group

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, detail‑oriented Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations across the MENA Group. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS, and driving process improvements for multiple entities and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Drive process improvements and automation using Odoo ERP.
• Develop, mentor, and build a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Very good command of English.
